The qualifications included teams battling for a chance to compete in the Group Stage of this competition. Qualification Round 2 begins on Sunday 24, September with the second game being scheduled for Tuesday 26, September. Sixteen teams are ‘fighting’ for a spot in the third and final qualifying round scheduled for Friday 29, September.
Tsmoki-Minsk, Divina Seguros Joventut, and MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg advanced to the second round with blowout victories. Ludwigsburg crushed Bosna in the two games with an aggregate of 79 points, which was the best scoring difference from all the matchups.
