Solid victory for Ludwigsburg (103-70) in their first game of the Basketball Champions League regular season. The game finished when the German team improved their defense.
Katsivelis was the best efficiency ranked player for PAOK with 12, playing almost the entire game. Meanwhile, for Ludwigsburg, five players surpassed those digits.
The key: Although the first quarter was taken away by the guest team, the German side took control of the game before going to the locker room, winning the second period 28-16. That run allowed the team an 8-point lead at the break.
The star: The effort showed by the entire squad. Walkup and Cook finished with 18 points, but Dwayne Evans and Kerron Johnson added 15 points each.
