In a battle between teams without a win in the first two weeks of the Basketball Champions League, PAOK was better. The Greek team prevailed over Capo D’Orlando on the road 63-56.
It was a low scoring game that suited better to the visitors as they allowed just 7 points in the first quarter (18-7). They pretty much kept that lead until the end of the match.
The Key: Rock solid defense by PAOK was crucial as the visiting team allowed just 19 points in the first half.
The Star: Lucky Jones had double-double game for PAOK with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Youngster Arnoldas Kulboka had a big game with 15 points and 5 rebounds, but that was not enough for the hosts.
PAOK climbed to a 1-2 record, and Capo D’Orlando dropped to a 0-3.
