The 23 years old power forward parted ways with Lietuvos Rytas and signed with Gaziantep until the end of the season.
This is not the only move of the day for Gaziantep. Carter is expected to replace D.J.White.
White is near a deal with Bahçeşehir, the second division team in Turkey, where the former coach of Gaziantep, Stefanos Dedas, is also hired.
