In a game where teams were exchanging leads constantly, the Greeks won the game 77-65 after overtime.
With 40 seconds left on the clock and the scored tied at 62, Victor Rudd of Gaziantep and Phil Goss of PAOK missed the chance to win the game at regulation.
The Key: The visitors were more focused during the overtime and let Gaziantep score just three points in overtime.
PAOK also had a 34-30 after the first 20 minutes, but the game remained close until the end. This was the seventh loss in the row for Gaziantep as they now stand on a 2-7 record. On the other side, PAOK raised to a 3-6 with this win.
The Star: Vangelis Margaritis was two rebounds away from a double-double as he finished the game with 11 points and 8 boards.
Robert Carter had a game-high for Gaziantep with 17 points, but that didn’t cut it tonight.
