French center Ali Traore signed a contract with AS Monaco for the remainder of the season, the club officially announced.
Traore, 32, has been playing with fellow Pro A club Antibes since November, averaging 7.4 pts and 2.8 rebounds per game in the French League.
Throughout his career, Traore has played for such teams as Asvel, Roma, Lokomotiv Kuban, Alba Berlin, Strasbourg and Limoges. He has been an international with the French national team, winning the silver medal in the 2011 EuroBasket.
With Monaco, Traore will make his debut in the Basketball Champions League.
