Basketball Champions League club Umana Reyer Venezia officially announced the addition American forward Austin Daye with a contract for the rest season.
The 29-year-old player started this season in Israel as a member of Hapoel Jerusalem where he averaged 11.1 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in Eurocup. He parted ways with the team earlier this month.
Throughout his career, Daye has also played for Memphis Grizzlies, Toronto Raptors and the San Antonio Spurs with which he won the NBA championship title in 2014.
With Venezia, Daye is expected to make his Basketball Champions League debut.
