MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg won their fourth straight game in the Basketball Champions League beating Gaziantep on the road 72-67. With this win, they stayed in a race for the top seed in the Group B as they improved to an 11-2 record.

On the other side, Turkish team lost their chances for the Play-Offs as they fall to a 4-9 record.

The 14-4 run in the middle of the third quarter pushed Ludwigsburg to a comfortable lead 48-34. However, Gaziantep refused to give up as they reduced the deficit until the end of the third period.

With an 8-0 run at the start of the last quarter, the hosts overtook the lead and made this game exciting down the last stretch.

The Key: When the game was on the line the visitors were the better team. They allowed Turks to score only 7 points in the last five minutes of the game and that pushed them to the victory.

The Star: Dwayne Evans registered a double-double game tonight. He had game-high 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Sean Armand’s 17 points tonight couldn’t save Gaziantep.
