Le Mans Sarthe Basket announced the addition of experienced playmaker Michael “Juice” Thompson (1,78, 29) for next season.
After two seasons in Turkey with Besiktas and Istanbul BBSK, Thompson returns to his beloved France, where he played in the past for ASVEL, Orthez and Rouen.
His best season was registered with Orthez back in 2016 when he was the top scorer of the French league (17,7 ppg) and also the 5th best passer (5,24 asp). He will help Le Mans not only in the domestic French competitions but also in the Basketball Champions League.
