Nicolas Lang (21 p.) and Ali Traore (20 p.) combined for a total of 41 points, making things easy in the 81-71 road win of SIG Strasbourg against Petrol Olimpija in the first round of Basketball Champions League’s Group B.
The guests build a double-digit lead by halftime (46-34) and never looked back after that. Jan Span with 19 points tried his best for the hosts, but the French simply was simply better and deeper.
Strasbourg entered the last quarter leading by 14 (70-56) and never felt real pressure until the end.
