After losing at home in round 1 of the Basketball Champions League, Nizhny Novgorod got the 93-82 easy win against Anwil on the road for Group A.
Despite 28 points by Valerii Likhodei, Anwil was trailing throughout the game and the best they could do was to make it a tw0-point game (58-56) with two minutes let in the third quarter.
The guest dominated the boards – 36 against 25 by Anwil – and have five players scoring in double digits with Kendrick Perry and Anton Astapkovich leading the charge with 15 points each.
