Babacar Toure had a game to remember with 23 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists as Fribourg Olympic got the 97-79 win over Opava for Group B of the Basketball Champions League.
Thanks to a good third quarter, during which the Swiss hosts scored 32 points, Fribourg led by 17 points (75-58) at the end of the period and cruised until the final buzzer.
Andre Williamson (17 p.) Natan Jurkovitz (18 p.) and Chad Timberlake (14 p.) supported Toure’s big night and Opava could not react. Radim Klecka tried his best for the Czech side with 19 points, he made 9/9 two-pointers but missed all five of his attempts for threes.
