Stefan Bircevic and Marcus Thornton are no longer part of Banvit, as the team announced. The reasons behind this move were not specified in the press release, though the team’s route so far in the season is far from successful, with consecutive losses.
Bircevic, 28, posted an average 6.1 points and 4.6 rebounds in seven games so far, as Thornton was averaging 8.5 points and 2.3 assists in an equal amount games both in the Turkish League and Basketball Champions League.
