It’s still Day 5 of the BCL, but AEK and Fuenlabrada played a relatively crucial game at OAKA Wednesday night. The title holders got a 78-71 win, which propelled them in the group standings.
The Greek team got to +9 in the first period, +7 in the second and +11 in the third, but couldn’t built on its good streaks. Nestor Garcia’s team wasn’t ready to give up and didn’t until the final minutes.
