Many players impressed in the Day 5 games of the Basketball Champions League, but only five of them are now gunning for MVP honors.

David Stockton, Charlon Kloof, James Feldeine, Demetris Nichols and Stevan Jelovac made the BCL Round 5 Team of the Week, per Basketball Champions League’s announcement. Remember what these five players achieved the past two days:

Charlon Kloof

Let us start with this: 7 steals! Kloof is one of those “now you see him, now you don’t” pocket-pickers because before you know it, he’s taken the ball away from you and raced to the other end for a dunk or pulled up and hit a 3-pointer. Kloof hit one of the shots of the night on Tuesday, stepping over midcourt before burying a shot that stretched UCAM Murcia’s lead to 10 and put them on the way to a decisive, 87-68, win at Anwil in Poland. He had 15 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds and a +27 efficiency.

David Stockton

The whirling dervish of a playmaker at medi Bayreuth, Stockton is well known for his dazzling dimes and quick hands but where he really stood out in an 87-71 triumph over Filou Oostende on Wednesday was his shooting. Stockton positively sizzled, hitting 4 of 6 from long range and 6 of 9 overall en route to 20 points and a +25 efficiency.

James Feldeine

Okay, you’re going to need to sit down to hear this news. Feldeine pledged the Splash Brotherhood on Wednesday night, drilling 9 3-pointers on his way to a season-high 35 points for Hapoel Jerusalem in their 88-64 romp over a visiting CEZ Nymburk. The Dominican Republic international, who had the wow factor at the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, also had 5 rebounds, 4 assists and, not surprisingly, a +39 efficiency.

Demetris Nichols

Sidigas Avellino needed Nichols to be in top form against battle-hardened Banvit and he was, at least before fouling out in the fourth quarter. The 34-year-old led Avellino to their fourth win of the season, a 99-95 victory. Nichols finished with 24 points (he was 8 of 8 inside the arc), 7 rebounds, 6 assists and a +32 efficiency.

Stevan Jelovac

He’s got the savvy and he’s got the grit. Jelovac has also got a spot on the Team of the Week after erupting for 30 points in Brose Bamberg‘s 85-76 win at Telenet Giants Antwerp. The Serbia international, who also had 7 rebounds, ended up with a +29 efficiency as Bamberg won for the third time and ensured they’d be in fourth place in Group C while dropping Antwerp to 5th.
