Besiktas forward Joe Alexander attempted to physically attack head coach Dusko Ivanovic following the Basketball Champions League game of the Turkish team vs. Virtus Bologna, according to Eurohoops sources.
The incident took place in the locker room of Besiktas. Ivanovic and Alexander had a heated argument regarding the playing time of the American big who proceeded to try to walk through his coach and make a move to physically attack him.
While Ivanovic said that he “doesn’t have a problem with anyone” during the post-game presser of the BSL match between Besiktas and Afyon Belediye, Alexander is currently out of Besiktas’ active roster and the club is expected to terminate his contract.
