Former LKL League champion with Zalgiris Vaidas Kariniauskas has joined Lietkabelis for the remainder of the season.
25-year-old Kariniauskas spent the beginning of the season with Romanian side Oradea, with which he posted an average of 13.5 points and three rebounds in the Qualifying Round of Basketball Champions League.
The Lithuanian combo guard returns to his home country after spending three seasons abroad, with Kimi in Greece, Cantu in Italy, U BT Cluj-Napoca and Oradea in Romania.
