Fuenlabrada officially added Jack Gibbs to its roster. The 23-year-old American point guard debuted in Europe last year playing with Proximus Spirou in the FIBA Europe Cup and the EuroMillions Basketball League. After signing a two-month contract with the Spanish club he will continue in the ACB and the Basketball Champions League. He is expected to cover for Marko Popovic during the Croatian’s point guard absence due to his hamstring injury.
Nigerian Talib Zanna followed the opposite path after his agreement with Fuenlabrada on the terms for the termination of his contract. The Spanish team informed on his departure via announcement. Zanna, 28, averaged 10 points per match in this years’ BCL and 4.3 points in the ACB.
