Banvit made Travis Taylor addition to its roster official on Sunday. The well-traveled American center will play in Turkey for the first time and also he might debut in the Basketball Champions League, since he is added in Bandirma Kirmizi, the second division farm team of Banvit.
The 28-year-old forward/center started the 2018-19 season in Germany with Basketball Lowen Braunschweig. In five easyCredit BBL matches he averaged six points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
Banvit finished the first half of BCL’s group stage with four wins and three losses. However, the club has only achieved one victory in its first seven BSL games.
