Eurohoops reported Gary Neal’s deal with Banvit and on Friday the Turkish Basketball Champions League team finalized the 34-year-old’s addition to its roster. The experienced American guard has been without a club since the beginning of the 2018-19 season, but from now on will help Banvit in its BCL and BSL campaigns.
The former La Salle and Towson NCAA player launched his professional career playing in Turkey in 2007. He went on to play in the EuroLeague and the NBA before his impressive 2017-18 season with Tecnyconta Zaragoza. He was among the ACB MVP contenders last year.
