Hapoel Jerusalem announced that the club has extended the contract of head coach Oded Kattash for one more season.
Kattash had signed a contract for one and a half season when he took the head coaching job of Hapoel in February 2018. He will now keep the position until the end of 2019-2020.
The announcement of the Israeli team took place one day prior to Game 1 of the Basketball Champions League quarterfinals vs. Iberostar Tenerife Wednesday (27/3).
“From the first moment I returned to Jerusalem, I felt at home again and naturally I would like to stay in a home like this … We have already done very nice things this year and I believe and hope that tomorrow we will make another great achievement,” Kattash said for Hapoel’s website.
