The Greek League board was informed by the Basketball Champions League that a wild card might be given to an additional club from the country for participation in the 2019-2020 edition of the competition.
This will increase the number of Greek clubs in Basketball Champions League to four.
“The possibility of one more team participating via wild card is examined,” an announcement by the Greek League says.
Basketball Champions League also informed the Greek League that two clubs will participate in the regular season of the competition and another will play in the preliminary rounds. The clubs will be determined among teams that finish among the sixth top spots in the Greek League standings.
