One day after winning the third place in the Lithuanian LKL league, the next stop in Jerai Grant’s career was announced.
Neptunas’ leader is leaving Lithuania for SIG Strasbourg. The 30 years old forward and nephew of former NBA champion Horace Grant is expected to be one of the key weapons of the French club for next season.
Grant is coming off a great season in the Basketball Champions League where he averaged 14.5 ppg and 8.3 rpg. As coach Vincent Collet said: ” This is a player we had the opportunity to follow throughout the regular season of the BCL when he played against us but also in other matches. We appreciated his commitment, his mobility, his athletic value, qualities which are more than important our league”.
