Brose Bamberg announced that Roel Moors is the new head coach of the team. The Belgian coach signed a two-year contract with the nine-time German League champions.
Moors began his coaching career as an assistant with Belgian club Antwerp Giants in the start of 2015-2016 after he was retired as a player of the team. He was appointed head coach a month into the season.
In 2018-2019, Moors led the Giants to the Basketball Champions League Final Four, where the team won third place. Antwerp was the youngest team in the competition.
With Bamberg, Moors will continue coaching in the Basketball Champions League.
