Curtis Jerrells signed a one-year contract with Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari, the Italian side announced on Thursday. The 32-year-old American point guard will remain in Italy and LBA Serie A combining domestic competitions with the Basketball Champions League.
The Baylor alumni spent his last couple of seasons with AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan. Last year he averaged 6.2 points, 1.5 assists and 1 rebound per EuroLeague match, also had 10 points, 2.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds per appearance in the Italian League.
Jerrells debuted in Italy back in 2013-14 when he first joined Milan. Serbia, Turkey, Spain, Russia and Israel were the rest of his European stops during his professional career.
