ERA Nymburk took off early and kept going until the very end for a 91-72 road win against VEF Riga in Basketball Champions League. Nymburk stayed perfect with 3-0 while Riga now holds a 1-2 record in Group C.
Jaromir Bohacik led the way with 16 points in addition to Roko Rogic’s 14 and Vojtech Hruban’s 11 points.
For Riga, the 19-year-old Arturs Kurucs had a great night with 21 points while Lester Medford and Janis Blums added 14 each.
Nymburk was up 20-11 after the first quarter and 49-30 at halftime. They kept going leading by as much as 32 points (68-36) and sealed the deal.
