AEK added Vlado Jankovic, the Greek team announced on Monday. The Greek-Serbian forward inked a two-month contract with an option for the rest of the 2019-20 season.
Apart two stints in the ACB with Valencia and MoraBanc Andorra, Jankovic has competed in Greece’s Basket League throughout his professional career with Panionios, Panathinaikos, Aris and Holargos.
His European club competition experience includes EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup. This time around he will make his Basketball Champions League comeback following his first appearance with Aris in 2016.
Last year averaged a career-high 13.6 points per contest with Holargos. Arriving at AEK he finds his new side riding a 3-1 Champions League W-L tally and a 2-4 record domestically.
