Casademont Zaragoza went ahead early and kept the control throughout all forthy minutes for a 75-60 home win over JDA Dijon.
Zaragoza improved to 3-2 while Dijon suffered its first loss in Basketball Champions League this season and holds a 4-1 record in Group D.
Robin Benzing led the charge with 20 points while Nemanja Radovic logged 17 points and 12 rebounds. Nicolas Brussino added 11 points.
For Dijon, David Holston was the only double-digit scorer with 12 points while Rasheed Sulaimon and Alexandre Chassang scored eight each.
Benzing nailed three shots from deep early as Zaragoza went ahead 23-11 after ten minutes and 44-28 at halftime. They improved the lead to 20 points (51-31) after the break and although Dijon cut the gap to ten points (56-46), they couldn’t go any further as the Spanish squad responded with 12 straight points to secure the win.
