Vitor Benite and Jasiel Rivero partnered up and pushed San Pablo Burgos to a 91-84 home win against Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem.
Burgos improved to 3-3 while Hapoel now holds a 4-2 record in Basketball Champions League Group B.
Benite banked game-high 26 points on 6-9 from deep while Jasiel Rivero logged 19 points and eight boards. Earl Clark notched a double-double with 13 points and ten boards.
For Hapoel J’Covan Brown scored 22 points followed by TaShawn Thomas’ 18 and James Feldeine’s 15 points.
Burgos had a slight upper hand in the first quarter (26-22) and kept it by halftime (47-42). They kept the control after the break as well, increasing the gap to 12 points (68-56) at the end of the third and sealing the deal in the fourth quarter.
