James Feldeine keeps firing from all cylinders as he led Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem to an 83-72 home win against Teksut Bandirma.
Hapoel improved to 6-2 while Bandirma holds a 3-5 record in Basketball Champions League Group B.
Feldeine drained seven three-pointers on his way to game-high 27 points while TaShawn Thomas followed with 18 points and nine boards.
J’Covan Brown logged an all-around performance with eight points, ten boards and eight assists while for Bandirma, Tyler Kalinoski and Emanuel Terry scored 14 each. Terry also grabbed ten rebounds.
Hapoel was up 21-14 early on and despite some ups and downs, stayed ahead at halftime (43-37). They improved the lead to 12 points (51-39) after the break but Bandirma recovered and was down by four points (60-56) in front of the final period.
The hosts started the fourth quarter with an 11-2 run which put them up 71-58 and they kept the distance until the end sealing the deal.
