Nizhny Novgorod announced the addition of American guard Michael Jenkins. The 33-year-old player signed a contract with the Russian Basketball Champions League club for the remainder of the 2019-2020 season.
Jenkins spent the previous season with Astana in Kazakhstan. he averaged 13.7 points, 3.3 assists and 2.4 rebounds per game in VTB League.
By joining Nizhny, Jenkins will return to the Basketball Champions League where he previously played with Aris Thessaloniki (2016-2017) and Reyer Venezia (2017-2018).
