JDA Dijon faltered a bit in the third quarter but didn’t allow any surprises logging a 92-71 home win against Neptunas Klaipeda.
Dijon improved to 6-3 while Neptunas now holds a 4-5 record in Basketball Champions League Group D.
Axel Julien notched a double-double with 21 points and ten assists for the winning side while Richard Solomon added 15 and Alexandre Chassang 14 points.
For Neptunas, Deividas Gailius scored 17 followed by Gytis Masiulis with 15 and Tadas Sedekerskis with 13 points.
Dijon had everything under control from the very start as they went up 28-17 after ten minutes and 51-32 at halftime. Neptunas did make a comeback after the break (66-58) but Dijon recuperated and sealed the deal in the fourth quarter.
