UNET Holon is signing Stefanos Dedas as the team’s new head coach. Holon’s head coach position had been vacant since the Israeli club parted ways with Sharon Drucker earlier this month.
Dedas, 37, last coached Turkish club Bahcesehir from 2017 to 2019. Under Dedas, Bahcesehir finished its debut season in the Turkish first division (BSL) at a 13 – 15 and one win away from the playoffs. The club parted ways with the Greek coach in November.
Prior to Bahcesehir, Dedas served as head coach of Gaziantep from 2015 to 2017.
