BAXI Manresa had everything under control in a 92-68 home win over SIG Strasbourg in Basketball Champions League.
Luke Nelson and Deividas Dulkys scored 15 each for the victors in addition to Guillem Jou and Eulis Baez’s 13 points each.
For the French team, Thomas Scrubb scored 15 followed by Ali Traore and Gabe York with 13 points each.
Manresa improved to 7-3 and holds the first spot in Group A although Turk Telekom and Dinamo Sassari have the same record.
Strasbourg, on the other hand, now holds a 4-6 record together with Lietkabelis and UNET Holon as they chase the fourth-placed Filou Oostende.
Manresa was up 20-12 after ten minutes and improved the lead to 39-27 by halftime. The Spaniards kept going after the break leading 68-44 at the end of the third and securing the win in the fourth quarter without giving any comeback hope to Strasbourg.
