While the national basketball federation of Slovenia also stated its support to FIBA Europe in the letter sent to organization, it also expressed its belief that “there is no moral, or legal ground for the suspension of the Senior national team”.
The country’s federation also requested some clarifications on issues regarding FIBA’s legal framework and related criteria in which it based its decisions.
