Alex Antetokounmpo signed with Greek FIBA Europe Cup club PAOK Thessaloniki for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, the team announced.
The youngest of the five Antetokounmpo brothers, Alex will play professional basketball in his native Greece for the first time in his career. The 23-year-old forward began the season with KK Podgorica of Montenegro, appearing in three games.
In 2023-24, Anetokounmpo played 34 games in the G-League with the Wisconsin Herd, the Milwaukee Bucks’ affiliate team. He had 5.9 points and 3.3 games, before moving to Lithuania to sign with Mzeikai.
Antetokounmpo began his professional career in 2020 with Spanish ACB club UCAM Murcia. He then had a stint in the G-League with the Raptors 905 in 2021-22 before joining the Wisconsin Herd.
