Besides Basketball Champions League, FIBA Europe Cup is entering the Round of 16 stage of the 2018-19 season. Four eliminated BCL teams joined the competition with the eight teams that qualified directly through the group stage and four lucky losers. The Champions League representatives in the Round of 16 stage draw were Filou Oostende, Ventspils, Telekom Baskets Bonn and UNET Holon.
