Slovenian national team forward and member of the Denver Nuggets Vlatko Cancar suffered a torn ACL in his left knee playing for Slovenia against Greece as it was officially announced by the Slovenian basketball federation.
There’s no timetable for surgery as of yet, however the player is expected to miss a big part of the season and of course the upcoming FIBA World Cup.
During a loss to Greece, Cancar suffered a knee injury following an awkward landing after a poster dunk late in the game.
