The three day preparation tournament in Rogaska Slatina in Slovenia ended with the hosts winning all their three games despite the absence of NBA’s most improved player Goran Dragic and Ukraine of coach Mike Fratello not being able to get a win, as the two teams are getting ready for the FIBA World Cup.

Slovenia beat Ukraine (64-51), Canada (92-80) and Georgia (95-68) which played without Zaza Pachulia in this specific game. With the help of the NBA veteran Georgia beat Ukraine (70-62) and lost to Canada (83-66). The Canadians presented part of their talent in this tournament, with many stars like Andrew Wiggins, absent and had Steve Nash in the stands to encourage them. Canada also beat Ukraine (80-75) behing 18 points by Kelly Olynyk, as Fratello’s crew which turn heads in last year’s Eurobasket is still out of synch.
