That is our obligation and we have to understand that. There will be a lot of new faces in the national team and perhaps teams without Euroleague and NBA players will have an advantage”.

I talked with a lot of people during the Eurobasket including, the president of our federation and with other federations’ presidents of federations. Individual requests are not the way that will help up us. We all have to sit, talk and make group decisions. Or else, not only players, coaches but the whole basketball and sponsors will lose”.
