Nick Calathes said: ”It’s not the right thing for the players and the clubs. You start the season with your team in EuroLeague, then you have to go for your national team, then come back. It has nothing to do with fair. The point is, if the club doesn’t want you to play, you don’t play! We play 10 years for the Greek National Team, but now we cant’ play.”.
Matt Lojeski added: ”It’s difficult to really know what the best way would be. I think taking a break during the season is difficult. We will have more games closer together or miss some games of our clubs and in my opinion, this is not right”.
