We are already at Day 3 of FIBA World Cup and things are getting serious, even if it’s the day off for Groups C and D. However there battle is still raging in Groups A and B with a marquee game at Granada between two unbeaten teams.

The schedule (local times)

Group B: Croatia – Senegal (12.30)
Group A: Iran – Serbia (15.30)
Group B: Argentina – Philippines (17.30)
Group A: France – Egypt (18.00)
Group B: Puerto Rico – Greece (20.00)
Group A: Brazil – Spain (22.00)

Τhe must sees

Spain will face the first team which can cause them some trouble, Brazil is also unbeaten and the winners of the game between them will be the favorite for the top spot of the final standings. Also win-less Puerto Rico will try to upset unbeaten Greece without knowing yet if Carlos Arroyo will be available for the game.

The individual attractions

After losing six dental implants Dario Saric will be ready to go against Senegal as Croatia will try to stay unbeaten. Also after a monster game against Croatia, Luis Scola will have the chance against the Philippines to continue his streak of great performances.

The one sided affairs

Sorry Egypt and Iran, but against France and Serbia your feat seems sealed.
