The historical records

  • Lithuania didn’t earn any free throws in 40 minutes!!! That’s absolutely a negative record in World Cup’s history. Twice in the past Angola earned two free throws (1990, 1994), once Canada (1963) and Cuba (1986) but Lithuania is the first team ever which didn’t shot a free throw during a game!

  • Kyrie Irving was perfect in threes (6/6, 100%) and this is the best performance in a final of the World Cup.
