They join Australia, Brazil, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Serbia and Venezuela, who all secured their spots in the Second Round on Sunday.
Out of the 80 teams from across the globe taking part in the First Round of the Qualifiers, the top 60 advance to the Second Round. The 31 best will join hosts China at the first-ever FIBA Basketball World Cup, taking place from August 31-September 15, 2019.
The third window (June 25-July 3, 2018) of the First Round is still crucial to all teams as results of every single game will be carried over to the Second Round.
