Israel is in need of wins in order to qualify to the FIBA World Cup. Ahead of Day 3 and Day 4 of the Final qualification round, the Federation announced a 20-man roster with four Maccabi Tel Aviv players in Oded Kattash’s roster.
Maccabi will host FC Bayern Munich on November 29th. Only one day after the EuroLeague Regular Season Round 10 game, the National Team will host Serbia and will close the FIBA window on December 3rd with an away match against Georgia. Jake Cohen, John DiBartolomeo, Nimrod Levi and Yovel Zoosman are those who are expected to help Maccabi and then continue on playing for Israel.
Adam Ariel, Netanel Artzi, Tamir Blatt, Alex Chubrevich, TJ Cline, Shawn Dawson, Tomer Ginat, Egor Koulechov, Daniel Kuperberg, Gal Mekel, Rafi Menco, Guy Pnini, Joaquin Szuchman, Bar Timor, Ion Zalmanson and Yiftach Ziv round up the squad.
