Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris was added to the list of absences for Team USA ahead of the 2019 World Cup.
According to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Harris decided to withdraw from the training camp of Team USA to focus on getting ready for the 2019-2020 season.
Harris is the sixth USA player to take this decision. Houston Rockets guards James Harden and Eric Gordon, L.A. Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis, Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum and Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal have all withdrawn for various reasons.
The roster of Team USA now stands at 14 players. Coach Gregg Popovich had named 20 players in the prelinary squad.
