After a loss to Germany, Hungary bounced back with an 80-73 win over Poland at the VTG Supercup.
Marko Filipovity led the way with 16 points while Zoltan Perl was right behind with 15. Darrin Govens added 13 and Benedek Varadi 11 points.
For Poland, Adam Waczynski scored 16 points followed by AJ Slaughter’s 11 and Damian Kulig’s ten points. The latter also grabbed seven boards.
