Lithuania won their second straight game after beating Russia 88-72 in a prep game for the World Cup.
Domantas Sabonis led the way with a double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds while Marius Grigonis added 19 points.
For Russia, Andrey Zubkov scored 15, Grigory Motovilov ten and Vitaly Fridzon 11 points.
Lithuania went ahead 21-12 after ten minutes and kept the distance until halftime (43-34). They kept the control after the break as well and secured the win.
