Turkey suffered a tough loss against the Czech Republic and coach Ufuk Sarica admitted that his team wasn’t mentally prepared for this game, after a great contest over the USA on Tuesday.
“We had to be mentally ready, we were not. Already at the beginning of the game, our energy was very low. We were too slow. The team didn’t play well. The Czechs set an example of team play today. They showed us the same thing we did two days ago (vs USA)”, commented Sarica at the end of the game.
