After an unsuccessful season in Istanbul as a member of Fenerbahce/ Ulker, Mike Batiste is a free agent, but he is not ready to retire yet. On the contrary he wants to continue playing and his wish is to return to Panathinaikos. It could be the best possible last contract in his career and also a chance to reunite with the team that he loves. Of course, his role with the team will be diminished and he seems ready to accept it. However, Panathinaikos has to see how the Lasme’s case plays out and Batiste is willing to wait even until the end of summer in order for his wish to be granted.
